City of Baltimore Continues Online Auctions with Grant Street Group

Following a successful three-year pilot program, the City of Baltimore will continue to conduct online tax sales using www.BidBaltimore.com, a website powered by Grant Street Group. Since the site’s launch in 2006, the City has sold more than 30,000 certificates, collecting $56 million in delinquent taxes.

BidBaltimore.com serves as a single source for sale information. Users can research liens online, as well as review the sale schedule, notices and rules.
Bidders submit sealed bids through the website. Results are available immediately following the close of the sale. Winning bids and all bid submissions are listed for each lien.
