As Marketing Support Specialist you will play a pivotal role within the Business Development Team. Whether it’s putting the finishing touches on a presentation or coordinating needs for a big conference, you’ll help keep the team running smoothly. This is a hybrid role, so you’ll have the opportunity to work from home and from our downtown Pittsburgh headquarters. There is minimal travel: 1-2 weeks per year for on-site meetings.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support for sales efforts, including meetings, demos, and virtual or physical tradeshows and events
  • Providing conference and tradeshow support to team members, including creating marketing kits, updating signage and displays, and updating the prospect/contact database
  • Creating compelling presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • Proposal and document layout, proofreading, production, shipping, and tracking
  • Maintaining stock of marketing and promotional materials, including ordering, inventory, and shipping
  • Performing marketing and prospect research
  • Posting social media content
  • Serving as the point of contact for team member requests
  • Maintaining contract renewals with third-party vendors

  • Ability to proofread and pay close attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • Ability to use Google Workplace Suite and Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced Google Slides/PowerPoint capabilities
  • Intermediate Adobe Suite capabilities
  • Ability to work in the downtown Pittsburgh office 1-3 days per week
  • Project or event planning experience
  • 2+ years of marketing or sales team support experience

    Expected Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000/year
